1. Empty oatmeal container & clean it out. 2. Measure the fabric or scrapbook paper to fit the size of the oatmeal container all the way around. 3. Use the spray adhesive to spray one end of the fabric (or use your glue gun & put the glue on the end of the fabric). Place the fabric on the oatmeal container & make sure it is in the right place.

Lay Fabric Flat. Next, fold the fabric in half lengthwise. Place the headband in the fold at the halfway point. Before moving on, it's important that you make the fabric lay flat on the underside of the headband. Otherwise, you'll feel it pressing against your head when you wear it, and it will also create a gap between your head and the headband.

Cut your fabric to 17.5″ x 10.5″. Use fusible hem tape to iron a 1/2″ hem on one of the short sides of your fabric. Generously apply the spray adhesive to the wrong side of the fabric (I recommend doing this outside on top of some scrap cardboard as the adhesive is very sticky).
